Opelika City Council approves economic development agreements, zoning change, specialty hemp retailer license, and a demolition; adopts routine consent items

April 7, 2026 regular meeting at 300 Martin Luther King Blvd. Council President W. George Allen and all council members were present. Meeting called to order at 6:11 PM and adjourned at 8:18 PM. City Council approves project agreement and tax incentives for Faith Technologies, Inc.

At a special Opelika City Council meeting on February 24, 2026 (6:00–6:54 PM), all council members attended (Mayor absent).
