The Council held a regular session that included multiple board elections and confirmations, approval of a broad Consent Agenda (including authorization to issue up to $208 million in interfund tax anticipation notes and numerous water/sewer and transportation items), adoption of several resolutions (including one denouncing a state redistricting plan and one urging a temporary moratorium on utility vegetation management changes), and first-reading passage of the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Ordinance and several other bills.
